Sinthi is a noble area, all educated people especially, good doctors, pleaders, School teachers, Professors and many business men are living peacefully. This place is widely open area with wide and neat &clean roads, having very good schools, public schools ,cultural associations. People here is very co-operative and helpful.
So many banks as SBI, ICICI, CANARA,UNION, AXIS, CORPORATION, SPENCERS MALL, and all kind of shops for our daily requirements. So many diagnostic centres, clinics and big good medicine shops are actively serving .

• There is no college and big hospitals but these are availble within 2-4 kilometers.

Sinthi is now a very prominent location towards North of Kolkata. Property prices are increasing than before.
