Jaiswal will oversee overall business and growth strategy including industrial, residential and commercial development, attracting investments and enterprises, strengthening development pipeline, and expanding the integrated ecosystem across multiple asset classes. He will also handle strategic partnerships and business expansion as MET City scales its presence in the National Capital Region.

Jaiswal brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate covering business strategy, development, revenue growth, sales and marketing, land transactions, fundraising and strategic partnerships. Prior roles include CEO of Eldeco Group, where he led multi-city development expansion across North India, and CEO of Tribeca Developers; he was also associated with development of Trump-branded real estate projects.

First MoU signed by Model Economic Township as part of Haryana's Make in Haryana Industrial Policy 2026 launched by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. Second MoU represents investments from companies already holding plots in the project and setting up facilities.

CEO Shrivallabh Goyal stated the investments represent new factories, expanded operations, and economic activity contributing to state growth.
