The four-lane road, expandable to six lanes, includes 29 underpasses and seven viaducts; all seven packages are under construction, targeting March 2027. About Rs 2,270 crore is earmarked for regional roads, including Nashik–Trimbak Road (Rs 350 crore), Nashik–Dindori–Vani Road (Rs 100 crore) and Janori–Ozar airport road (Rs 50 crore).
Median asking prices rose from Rs 4,500/sq ft in March 2026 to Rs 5,100 in June. Nasik West rose nearly 13% year-on-year; East and South barely moved. Nasik West 2 BHK rents average Rs 25,000 monthly; city averages are Rs 11,300 for a 1 BHK and Rs 14,000 for a 2 BHK. The Public Works Department and Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) are planning upgrades to manage traffic. Measures to ease congestion in Dwarka are underway. Surveys for routes at Dwarka Circle and Sharda Circle have been approved; MSRDC has sanctioned a survey for an alternative route connecting Pune Road and Sharda Circle. Repair, widening and structural improvements on the Nashik–Trimbakeshwar road are being prioritised. Bhosale directed officials to complete works on schedule and maintain quality. After the surveys, road structures in the Dwarka and Sharda Circle areas are to be developed on a fast track.
