Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) plans 12 sectors—94A, 96, 96A, 97A, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 140, 141 and 142—across about 4,500 acres acquired from 19 villages. Nine sectors are residential, Sector 100 commercial, and Sectors 96A and 97A for public and semi-public uses. The e-Bhoomi portal for voluntary land offers opened August 31, 2025, and is now closed; HSVP is processing applications and surveying land. The targeted villages are Kheri Kalan, Nachauli, Tajupur, Dhahkaula, Shahbad, Badarpur Said, Sahupura, Sotai, Sunped, Malerna, Jajru, Bhainsrawali, Fattupura, Bhuapur, Jasana, Faridpur, Sadpura, Tigaon, Chhainsa and Mohana.

Milestones: Phase 1 and 2 acquisition estimated by Q3 2026; master plan and infrastructure design by Q4 2026; Phase 1 RERA filings in Q1–Q2 2027; bookings from mid-2027; possession unlikely before 2030–2031. The proposed Greenfield Expressway links the Delhi–Mumbai Highway with Jewar airport. Faridabad’s Master Plan 2031 projects 38.86 lakh residents and reserves 6,100+ hectares for industry. A parallel 9,000-acre HSIIDC industrial city is planned in Palwal.
