  • Balawala scheme: about 206 hectares across Balawala, Hargun Ki Nangal alias Charanwala, Tejawala and Dabla Khurd along Jaipur-Phagi Road. It is predominantly residential, with a 30-metre-wide green belt, a sector commercial zone and access via a 90-metre-wide State Highway.
