Residents of Ansal Esencia in Sector 67 report escalating security breaches, damaged roads and encroachments in adjoining Ramgarh village impacting safety and quality of life. Main issues cited: three unguarded entry points into E Block used by unauthorised vehicles including trucks and trolleys from Ramgarh; unauthorized slum colony established near the block; recent theft incident allegedly involving individuals from the settlement. Internal roads damaged by oversized tankers and heavy vehicles; main approach road from Ansal main gate riddled with potholes and uneven stretches. Additional complaints: sewage problems, frequent power failures, knee-deep waterlogging, reckless biking by minors, noisy pollution from modified vehicles, livestock on internal roads, vandalized parks and play areas. Developer Ansal is under NCLT proceedings and claims road repair does not fall under its purview. Maintenance official said charges collected barely cover horticulture and sanitation services, with no clear timeline for repairs. MCG officials stated sector not yet handed over to them and remains with developer. Deputy Commissioner Ajay Kumar said issue on administration's agenda with dedicated team formed to address it.
