TDI Infrastructure Ltd. Announces "Build and Earn" Scheme for Plot Owners
TDI Infrastructure Ltd (TDIL) has unveiled an innovative scheme called "Build and Earn," designed to assist customers in constructing their homes. This initiative offers subsidized construction costs and assured rental income for plot owners within TDI City, Kundli. The program enables them to build their dream homes while enjoying a significant rebate.
Subsidized Construction and Assured Rentals
This groundbreaking scheme provides plot owners in TDI City, Kundli, with a substantial rebate of approximately 20-25% on total construction expenses. "Thus, if your plot measures 250 square yards, then you will get a rebate to the tune of Rs 2,50,000 on construction," stated Kamal Taneja, managing director of TDIL. Beyond the financial incentives, the scheme aims to alleviate the stresses associated with construction projects, offering participants rental income for 22 months following the completion of construction, contingent on customer approval. TDIL will manage the construction process at a predetermined price and hand over the finished property to the customer.
Scheme Options and Payment Structure
TDIL presents two distinct options under the "Build and Earn" program: "Assured rent for 22 months post construction" and "Gross Adjustment in the construction expense." These options cater to diverse customer budgets and financial situations. Regardless of the chosen option, the anticipated construction timeline ranges from 10 to 12 months. Plot owners are required to remit the full payment in four equal installments, commencing on the registration date.
