The Bhasin Group is investing Rs 1,500 crore to develop Mist Avenue IT Park in sector 143 along Noida Expressway. Under the Mist project, the group is offering bungalows priced between Rs 8 crore and Rs 12 crore.

Premia, a Noida-based builder, is incorporating diverse art styles, blending Middle Eastern, European, and Contemporary designs. The township will feature a mix of plotted development, villas, group housing, commercial establishments, a club, institutions, hi-street and luxury retail, a 5-star hotel, and a business hotel.
Four Seasons and 3C JV
The hospitality giant Four Seasons, in collaboration with 3C JV, has launched private residences called Delhi One, estimated to cost Rs 3,600 crore. The service apartment owners can enjoy hotel-like facilities, with prices ranging from Rs 12 crore to Rs 27 crore. Four Seasons chose Noida to enter the North India market, leveraging the area’s natural beauty and greenery. The residences, inspired by London Decor, California, and Manhattan styles, are part of a mega project spread over 14 acres next to the DND toll plaza in Noida. This project includes a Four Seasons Hotel, three towers of Four Seasons private residences connected to the Hotel via a sky bridge, five commercial towers with luxurious retail joints, high-end restaurants, and cafes.
Supernova
Supernova has engaged world-renowned Italian artist Giorgio Armani to design one of its projects. The cost of these specially designed flats will be around Rs 5,000 - Rs 7,000 per sq ft, totaling approximately Rs 12 crore.
