National Highway-24 (NH-24) has become a hotspot for real estate investment, driven by the increasing prices of residential properties in major Uttar Pradesh cities, including Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. In recent years, the highway has transformed into a sought-after alternative for individuals and families looking for budget-friendly housing options.

Several residential settlements have sprung up along NH-24, such as Crossings Republik, Indirapuram, Ansals API Aquapolis, and Hi-Tech City. These developments cater to the growing demand for affordable homes in a convenient location.

Proximity to Delhi and Infrastructure Development Fuels Growth

Mr. Sanjeev Srivastava, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Crossings Infrastructure, explains that the highway's vicinity to Indirapuram, and more generally Delhi, has a beneficial influence. "NH-24 absorbs the influence of Delhi and the neighbouring ‘hot township’ of Indirapuram. We landed here after realizing a logical growth potential in the area. The highway has a number of colleges. If the highway is being widened, it offers a lot of scope for inhabitants and residents of these future townships”. This proximity to Delhi, combined with planned infrastructure improvements like highway widening, makes NH-24 an attractive proposition for both investors and residents, according to Mr. Srivastava.

The townships along NH-24, developed by individual firms or consortiums of builders, claim to provide premium amenities at reasonable prices. This approach further contributes to the appeal of NH-24 as a destination for affordable yet comfortable living.
