Some of these high-end projects even promise a 5-Star Living Experience, courtesy of collaborations with renowned luxury brands and 5-star hotels.
Developers Embrace Luxury Partnerships
Several major developers, including:

have launched projects that offer room services provided by their hotel partners, post-delivery, to apartment occupants.

Supertech has taken this trend a step further by launching super high-end projects in collaboration with global luxury brands like:

Pricing for Super-Premium Apartments
These ultra-luxurious apartments in NCR come with a premium price tag, starting at Rs 17,000 per sq ft. Notably, DLF's super-luxury condominiums, such as Aralias and Magnolia, are currently priced between Rs 22,000 per sq ft to Rs 31,000 per sq ft. However, DLF has opted not to follow the recent trend of collaborating with global luxury brands for these projects.
Project Pricing Projections
Developers have indicated that upcoming projects will have prices upwards of Rs 26,000 per sq ft. Given the varying sizes of luxury apartments (ranging from 5,000 sq ft to 9,000 sq ft), the net cost of these apartments will fluctuate between Rs 7 crore to Rs 22 crore.
