Tata Housing, an esteemed real estate firm, successfully sold more than 200 residential flats, accruing approximately Rs 300 crore, in its projects located in Gurgaon. This rapid sales performance underscores the strong market demand, reflecting buyer confidence in the region.
According to Tata Housing, a subsidiary of the Tata group, within just 10 days, 200 units of La Vida situated along the Dwarka Expressway were sold. The starting price for these luxurious housing units is set at Rs 1.08 crore, presenting an attractive opportunity for potential buyers.
Brotin Banerjee, the Managing Director and CEO of Tata Housing, remarked, “We believe that the amazing response to the project since its launch is a signal of it.” This statement emphasizes the positive market reception and demand for La Vida.
The total sales value of these 200 units is estimated to be around Rs 300 crore, showcasing Tata Housing's capability to draw substantial investment swiftly. The firm is poised to introduce an additional 600 flats in this project, marking it as the fifth development in Gurgaon.
