Roshini Bakshi, Managing Director of Disney UTV Consumer Products, Retail and Publishing, commented on the significance of this partnership, indicating that their business model thrives on licensing agreements, with a noticeable increase in developers seeking similar collaborations.

Before Supertech’s engagement, other developers like Mumbai’s Sunteck Realty and Kolkata-based Team Taurus had also partnered with Disney, marking this as the third such collaboration in the sector.

On why they chose to pursue Disney-themed residences, R K Arora, the Managing Director of Supertech Group, expressed confidence in the brand’s broad appeal, noting its popularity among both children and adults alike.

In this ambitious endeavor, Disney is set to design 1,000 apartments within Supertech's Fable Castle project, which spans seven acres along the Yamuna Expressway. Each unit is planned to feature Disney-branded furniture and home décor, with paint and design elements thoughtfully aligned to fit the enchanting theme.
