Court Orders FIR Against Noida-Based Real Estate Company
A complaint filed by a group of homebuyers has led to the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) ordering the booking of directors from Gayatri Hospitality and Realcon Limited for alleged fraud, forgery, and cheating.
