City Corporation has introduced an innovative apartment exchange scheme. This scheme is particularly tailored for future customers who are interested in exchanging their current residence for an apartment in the firm’s Amanora Park Town project in Pune. The process involves City Corporation purchasing old apartments from customers, renovating them, and then selling these refurbished properties through a network of established real estate agents.
City Corporation is currently developing a 400-acre township named Amanora Park Town in Pune, which is projected to include 12,000 apartments across various categories. Under this exchange scheme, an apartment owner who wishes to purchase a unit in Amanora Park Town will transfer the power of attorney to City Corporation. This transfer will be carried out at a mutually agreed price, which will be considered as the down payment for the new apartment booked in the township. Meanwhile, the flat owner can continue residing in the old flat until the new flat is ready for occupation.
