MahaRERA Gives the Green Light to 41 Housing Projects in Raigad for Diwali 2025 Celebrations
Recently, the MahaRERA board approved 809 housing projects throughout the state before Diwali 2025, with Raigad capturing 41 nods in the festive season’s glow. Developers chose an ideal time to launch homes, catching the festive energy and high spirits.
A Festive Surge in Authorisation
The authority worked hard, approving 405 new registrations, 209 extensions, and 195 corrections from the total of 809. Just before Dussehra, a record-breaking 200 projects got approval for the first time at that level. Teams worked around the clock to reach this milestone.
Raigad’s 41 additions complement the strong tallies of MMR suburbs (63), Thane (58), Palghar (22), Ratnagiri (9), and Sindhudurg (4). Pune led with 122 new ones, bringing the total to 197 for MMR.
