Unitech, a prominent integrated developer in India's real estate landscape, has unveiled Gardens Galleria in Noida. This project is an integral part of Unitech’s extensive 147 acres entertainment and retail hub located in Noida.
Gardens Galleria, crafted by the US-based architectural firm Callihon, spans an impressive 8.36 acres and boasts a prime location next to sector -18, Noida and the renowned Film City. Accessibility is excellent, with proximity to ITO, East Delhi, South Delhi, and the Noida Expressway. Moreover, it sits in a vibrant area surrounded by established residential communities, educational institutions, and other commercial developments.
The complex already houses a world-class themed amusement park, Worlds of Wonder, alongside The Great India Place shopping mall. The newly launched mall, a fusion of entertainment, retail, and hospitality, will feature a hypermarket, department stores, international brands, and amenities such as a spa, gymnasium, banks, ATMs, and various dining and recreational options. The project includes 230 retail outlets and offers adequate parking for up to 8,500 vehicles. Unitech has successfully attracted over 10 lakh visitors monthly across its three existing operational malls: Metro Walk in New Delhi, Great India Place in Noida, and Gurgaon Central.
While discussing the launch, Munish Baldev, head of retail at Unitech, stated, "We are happy to launch Gardens Galleria in Noida. Unitech has already developed 1.3 million sq ft of mall space in New Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon since 2006 and is currently working on an additional 4 million sq ft of retail area in key cities such as Kochi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Lucknow, Mohali, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, and Dehradun. We maintain an optimistic view on the retail development sector and are committed to executing our mall development plans effectively. Feedback from retailers looking to lease space in our upcoming mall is robust."
Prominent brands like Genesis Luxury, Genesis Lifestyle, French Connection, Nautica, Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, and Calvin Klein have established outlets within the Galleria. Additionally, Unitech plans to construct another 4 million sq ft of retail space across cities like Kochi, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Bangalore, Dehradun, Mohali, Lucknow, and Gurgaon over the next four to five years.
