Aedas, one of the world's leading architectural firms, has designed this project,” stated Tata Housing Managing Director Brotin Banerjee during a press conference.

Mr. Banerjee elaborated on the company’s plans, stating that Tata Housing aims to develop 200 lakh square feet of real estate valued at over Rs. 12,000 crore across India over the next four to five years. These developments will occur through direct initiatives by the company as well as partnerships with landowners and other real estate firms. “The upcoming projects are slated for 8-9 major cities, including Delhi and its surrounding areas, Mumbai, Goa, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, and Kolkata,” he informed.

Discussing the new project in Gurgaon, Mr. Banerjee noted that it would span a vast 11.73-acre site. “Raisina Residency features nine beautifully designed towers that cater to contemporary living. It will offer both two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, in addition to duplexes and penthouses. The master plan has been crafted to maximize the number of units with unobstructed views of the Aravalis and the city skyline,” he added. Raheja Builders Chairman Navin M.
