Godrej Properties Expands to NCR with Gurgaon Residential Project
Godrej Properties has announced its entry into the National Capital Region (NCR) with its inaugural residential project in Gurgaon. This project will be developed collaboratively with Frontier Home Developers, encompassing an expansive area of 1.05 million square feet across a nine-acre land parcel.

Pirojsha Godrej, Director of Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), stated on Wednesday that the company now operates in 11 cities, including the NCR. "GPL is now operating in 11 cities including NCR." He elaborated on the nature of this venture, confirming that it is a residential development featuring a mix of flats and penthouses.

Among the standout features of this project are the flexible configurations offered to potential residents, the vast stretches of green and open spaces incorporated into the design, and the enviable location facing a 36-meter-wide green belt.

Situated in NCR's burgeoning growth corridor and conveniently located near NH-8, the project boasts proximity to several prominent landmarks. These include the industrial township of Manesar, a distance of 20 kilometers from the Indira Gandhi International Airport, and a location near a Metro station, further enhancing its connectivity and appeal.
