Millennium Spire Enters Indian Real Estate Market with Green Focus
Millennium Spire Limited, an "Alternative Strategies Fund" operating under the U.K.-based Millennium Global, has announced its entry into the Indian real estate market. The company unveiled its inaugural Indian development platform, Spire World, which will spearhead the creation of mainstream green projects across the country.
Spire World's First Project: Spire Edge
Coinciding with the launch of Spire World, Millennium Spire also introduced its first "Mainstream Green" project in India, Spire Edge. This expansive eco-office complex will encompass 1.6 million square feet, offering energy savings of up to 30%. Representing a Rs. 400 crore investment, Spire Edge is a 50:50 joint venture between Millennium Spire and A. N. Buildwell, a seasoned real estate developer with over two and a half decades of experience. The project will be strategically situated in IMT Manesar, a burgeoning IT hub along the Delhi-Jaipur highway.
