M3M India Announces Gurgaon International City, a 150-Acre Integrated Smart City Development in Gurgaon

M3M India Announces Gurgaon International City, a 150-Acre Integrated Smart City Development in GurgaonM3M India has announced the launch of Gurgaon International City (GIC), a 150-acre integrated smart city development in Gurgaon with residential, commercial and lifestyle components, according to the developer.

The company has described the project as one of the largest multi-use developments in Gurgaon. The announcement did not include pricing, unit configurations, phasing, possession dates or the project’s exact location.

What the launch means for buyers and renters

The development is aimed at people who want to live, work and shop within one planned campus. According to the developer, the mixed-use format is designed for residential buyers, office occupiers and retail tenants.

Buyers can assess the offer once the developer publishes unit types, prices and a possession schedule. These details will show how the project compares with existing integrated developments in the city.

M3M's recent activity in Gurgaon

The launch follows a series of M3M announcements in the city this year. The developer began possession at M3M Antalya Hills in Sector 79 in March 2026 after receiving the Occupancy Certificate, lokmattimes reported1. The report said the 33-acre project has 2,540 residences across 35.1 lakh sq ft.

In July 2026, ETRealty reported2 that M3M India plans to invest ₹600 crore in M3M Capital Financial Center, a grade-A commercial development in Sector 113. The report said the 22-storey tower would have 165 units and be completed by the end of 2029.

RepublicWorld reported in July 2026 that M3M had begun handing over nearly 1,000 homes at Antalya Hills, which it described as Gurugram's largest integrated low-rise township.

Regulatory backdrop

Large projects in Gurgaon are subject to active enforcement. The Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) demolished two unauthorised colonies across nearly 14 acres in Sultanpur village in September 2026, the Times of India reported. The Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) has also issued notices to around 500 homeowners in sectors 1-57 over building-plan violations, the Times of India reported in October 2026.

Separately, the Gurgaon Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) is preparing a ₹140 crore flyover and underpass at the Ardee City junction. The detailed project report is nearly complete, according to a Hindustan Times report in September 2026.
