This golf course will encompass a sprawling area of 130 acres, part of the larger 300-acre plot designated for the Golf Retreat initiative. Mr. Masood, the Managing Director of Dax Properties, which is a segment of Countryside Realtors based in Bangalore, provided insights into this exciting venture.
He elaborated, "We believe India has potential to serve golf lovers offering golf tourism in a majestic lush green environment where one could also buy luxury villas being developed on the property."
