Notably, the selling price of units in this phase has been increased by up to 26% compared to the project's 1st phase. The prices for the 2nd phase were set as follows:
- 2-BHK Apartments: Rs 6,750 per square foot
- 3-BHK Apartments: Rs 7,500 per square foot
- 4-BHK Apartments: Rs 8,000 per square foot
Effective Pricing Post-Discounts
However, prospective homeowners could avail of discounted rates, bringing the effective prices down to:
- 2-BHK Apartments: Rs 5,677 per square foot (after a discount of Rs 500 per square foot for timely payment and an 8.5% rebate on down payments)

TC Goyal, Managing Director (MD) of DLF, shared his thoughts on the overwhelming response, stating, “Even with increased price, we have received tremendous response for our product. We initially planned to launch six hundred fifty units in the 2nd phase, but due to huge demand, we planned to offer more.”
