SARE Homes recently launched Green Parc II in Gurgaon, marking the fourth phase of their expansive 65-acre integrated township. During the launch event, Chief Operating Officer Vineet Relia unveiled the company's ambitious growth strategy. "We are looking at developing an additional 40 mn sq feet over the next five years. We are focusing on seven major cities in the country," Relia stated.

The developer is actively pursuing strategic land acquisitions to fuel its expansion. SARE Homes Executive Director David Walker elaborated on their immediate plans. "In the near future, we plan to launch projects in Navi Mumbai and are looking to acquire land parcels on the growth corridors of large cities in India," Walker explained. This strategic focus on major metropolitan areas underscores SARE Homes' commitment to capitalizing on India's burgeoning real estate market.

The company's recent investment activities demonstrate their commitment to this ambitious growth trajectory. SARE Homes has recently invested in eight projects spanning several key locations across India, including Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Navi Mumbai, Chennai, Amritsar, and Indore. These projects represent a substantial development footprint, encompassing approximately 36.5 million square feet.
