Major Infrastructure Boost Triggers Real Estate Revolution
The government's approval for seven new townships along the Delhi-Jaipur Expressway marks a significant moment for real estate development in North India. This ambitious project promises to reshape the property landscape between two major metropolitan areas.
The 195.1-kilometer Delhi-Jaipur Super Expressway, designated as NH-352B, will serve as the backbone for these new urban developments. Starting from Kherki Dhaula Toll Plaza in Gurgaon, it will end at Chandwaji near Jaipur. This greenfield expressway will reduce travel distance by 40 kilometers and cut journey time from five hours to just three hours.
Strategic Locations and Coverage
The townships will span across key districts, including Gurgaon, Rewari, Jhajjar, Mahendragarh, Alwar, Sikar, and Jaipur. The expressway corridor covers over 400 villages, creating unprecedented opportunities for integrated development.
The National Highways Authority of India has already commenced construction work and land acquisition for the main expressway. An area of 1,755.9 hectares comprising private, government, and forest land is being acquired for this transformative project.
