NEW DELHI: Damac Properties, a prominent real estate developer, proclaimed on Monday that it has established partnerships with 60 agents throughout various metros and Tier I cities in India, aiming to market and sell their range of properties to Indian investors. "We are proud to have signed on 60 agents in India. As demand is high, we wanted to touch each corner of India through an experienced network of agents," stated Mr. Hussain Sajwani, Founder and Chairman of Damac Holding, in an official statement. To ensure these agents are well-prepared, the company plans to provide comprehensive training via its institution, Damac Agents Academy. "The main purpose of the training that we provide our agents is to equip them with thorough product knowledge of the Damac brand, its value, the sales process, and luxury property selling skills; raising the bar and setting a service benchmark in the market," mentioned Mr. Peter Riddoch, CEO of Damac Properties. The company intends to promote its Dubai-based offerings, including Ocean Heights, Lotus Heights, Park Towers, and recently launched upscale residential properties through these agents, according to the statement. Damac Properties is a subsidiary of Damac Holdings, which specializes in the development of residential and commercial properties across various regions including Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and the Far East.
