Significant Achievements by Credai-NCR in Resolving Consumer-Developer Issues
New Delhi: The North Capital Region (NCR) body of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (Credai) has successfully addressed 896 issues between consumers and developers through the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF). Of the total 990 cases, 90% were resolved in the inaugural year, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
Appreciation at the Annual General Meeting
During the recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Delhi, the forum received considerable praise for its achievements. The event was attended by a record-breaking 132 developers from the North region.
Establishment and Performance of CGRF
The CGRF was established in October of the previous year to offer a platform for customers to resolve their grievances. In the first five months alone, the body received 311 complaints, and almost all of these cases were successfully resolved.
CGRF Operations and Structure
The forum is currently conducting its programs twice a month. To enhance coordination, five sub-chapters under Credai-NCR have been set up. This structure enables more efficient handling of consumer-developer disputes and ensures swift resolution of issues.
