Indian Property Expo In Qatar.

Doha: Nearly thirty builders from diverse regions in India are currently showcasing their projects at the Homes of India exhibition, which stands as the largest Indian property expo in Qatar, located at the Ramada Plaza hotel. The two-day event was inaugurated yesterday by Dr. Mohan Thomas, the President of the Indian Community Benevolent Fund. This impressive expo features property projects from vibrant cities such as Cochin, Kannur, Thiruvananthapuram, Thalassery, Thrissur, Munnar, Jaipur, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Chennai. This year's expo has been orchestrated in Qatar by Studioline Conventions, an event management firm based in Bangalore, in conjunction with the Bahrain-based International Trading Company. CEO Michael Vasanth of Studioline remarked, "We have observed a noticeable trend among Indian investors worldwide, aimed at securing profitable returns on their investments. People are increasingly purchasing second or third homes not for personal habitation but rather as viable investment opportunities within the world's fastest-growing real estate market." The real estate sector in India continues to expand rapidly. In fact, the increase in property values has been remarkable, yielding returns of approximately 50% over the last two years. Additionally, foreign investors are also attracted to the high potential yields available from Indian real estate due to its impressive growth prospects.
