Record-Breaking Success at Trichy's Top Property Event
CREDAI Trichy's FairPro 2025 property expo wrapped up with impressive results, generating Rs 16 crore in sales over three vibrant days at Kalaiarangam hall from August 22-24. This marks a strong 45% increase from last year's Rs 11 crore, showing the healthy state of Trichy's real estate market.
Diverse Buyers Flock to Extensive Property Portfolio
The expo featured an impressive 2,000 residential units from 29 RERA-approved developers, offering properties ranging from Rs 35 lakh to Rs 5 crore. Floor areas varied dramatically between 600 square feet and 5,000 square feet, ensuring options for every budget and family size.
Infrastructure development enhances connectivity to KK Nagar, Cantonment, Annamalai Nagar, and Srirangam. These improvements are poised to attract investors and increase property values.
Senior Citizens Lead Market Shift
A notable trend emerged with senior citizens forming a substantial buyer segment, mainly seeking properties for their children. This demographic showed particular interest in apartment projects emphasizing security and peaceful environments. Their participation highlights the intergenerational wealth transfer occurring in Trichy's property market.
Infrastructure Projects Boost Real Estate Confidence
Market optimism stems from multiple infrastructure developments, including Trichy airport expansion, the new Panjapur bus terminus, and the upcoming Tidel Park. These projects are transforming previously underdeveloped areas into attractive investment destinations.
R Manoharan, CREDAI Trichy president, emphasized the urgent need for the Trichy Master Plan 2041 release, which would unlock additional development opportunities across the city.
Financial Support Enhances Property Purchases
Six major banks established on-site presence, providing instant loan approvals and making property purchases more accessible. This financial backing contributed significantly to the event's success, removing traditional barriers for potential buyers.
The exhibition also featured hardware and interior decoration vendors, creating a comprehensive property ecosystem under one roof.
