CREDAI Nashik Home Expo Reaches Rs 100 Crore Sales Milestone
The Namah Nashik Home Exhibition, organised by CREDAI Nashik Metro at Thakker Dome, wrapped up its five-day event with remarkable success, generating Rs 100 crore in confirmed real estate transactions. This landmark event saw direct sales of 57 premium flats and 50 residential plots, while also promising numerous future deals that will keep market momentum going.
Sales Breakthroughs and Market Confidence
Immediate sales included two luxury apartments valued at Rs 12.5 crore each, showing Nashik's growing appeal for high-end investments. Properties ranged from entry-level units priced at Rs 15 lakh to premium residential offerings. Gaurav Thakkar, CREDAI Nashik President, revealed that "the exhibition attracted over 3,000 genuine buyer inquiries, and projections indicate at least Rs 200 crore in additional business within six months." This confidence mirrors the sector's robust recovery trajectory in North Maharashtra's real estate landscape.
Strategic Government Partnerships
The closing ceremony featured State School Education Minister Dadaji Bhuse and MHADA President Ranjan Thackeray, highlighting institutional collaboration. Bhuse emphasised Nashik's dual identity as both a spiritual destination for the upcoming Simhastha Kumbh Mela and an emerging educational hub. "Though the exhibition concludes today, it marks the beginning of fulfilling homeownership dreams for countless citizens," Bhuse stated, connecting the event to broader urban development goals.
Diverse Property Portfolio Attracts Broad Audience
Visitors explored a wide range of real estate options:
- Luxury residential apartments with modern features
- Senior citizen-focused township developments
- Independent farmhouses and bungalows
- Commercial spaces and plotted developments
Thakkar noted shifting consumer preferences toward larger homes with integrated amenities, observing that MHADA's participation strengthened the affordable housing segment. The exhibition's timing aligned with festive season demand patterns, building on previous successes during Dhanteras when approximately 200 flats worth Rs 100 crore were booked citywide.
Future Growth Trajectory
Industry analysts predict sustained momentum as homebuyers capitalise on festive season incentives and potential government schemes. Tushar Sanklecha, CREDAI Nashik Honorary Secretary, highlighted that "lakhs of citizens engaged with the exhibition, creating unprecedented market visibility that will drive transaction growth." The event's success, featuring 80+ builders showcasing 500 projects, establishes a new benchmark for regional property exhibitions while positioning Nashik as a comprehensive investment destination. This strategic alignment with consumer trends and institutional support signals strong growth potential for Nashik's real estate sector in the coming year.
