Ahmedabad Realtors to Showcase Projects at 'Chaalo Gujarat' Conference
Ahmedabad real estate developers are taking "Brand Amdavad" on the road, aiming to attract investments from non-resident Gujaratis (NRGs). The Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers (GIHED) has partnered with the Association of Indian Americans in North America (AIANA) for their first international property show. This will take place at the second 'Chaalo Gujarat: World Gujarati Conference' in New Jersey in August 2008.
Conference Details and Objectives
The three-day conference and exposition anticipates nearly 50,000 NRG attendees. Ahmedabad-based realtors will present Amdavad and promote upcoming residential and commercial projects worth over Rs 20,000 crore to NRGs. The previous conference took place in New Jersey in September 2006.
Showcasing Ahmedabad's Future
The property fair intends to showcase a modern Ahmedabad, featuring ambitious ventures like the Gujarat International Financial Tec-City (GIFT City), the Sabarmati riverfront project, the Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS), and the new international airport. Promotional materials will include a 3-D color laser show and a special film. GIHED is partnering with AIANA to directly market properties and projects to the NRG community.
