Table Space's Expansion Plans

"We have captured significant space in both Delhi and Gurugram, marking our entry into the Delhi-NCR market. DLF's Recent Collaborations

  • Simpliwork: Has taken up an additional 44,000 sq ft at DLF Prime Towers last month.
  • Occupancy at Prime Towers: With this, only 47,000 sq ft remains vacant out of the total 650,000 sq ft rental area. The vacant space includes 13,000 sq ft of retail shops on the ground floor.
  • Rental Details at Prime Towers:
    • Average Rental: Rs 75 per sq ft per month
    • Basic Region Maintenance Charges: Rs 11 per sq ft per month
