Indian Commercial Realty Market Achieving Stability

Pinecrest Real Estate Market Report 2009

Real Estate Intelligence Services (REIS), a branch of Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj, has published a report indicating that the commercial real estate sector in India is experiencing a notable stability, largely fueled by the recovering economy of the country.

As detailed in the report, while the year 2010 appears favorable for tenants, predictions for 2011 suggest that landlords may regain more influence. This highlights a critical point: as office rents approach their low points, it would be wise for tenants to seek out and secure beneficial lease agreements proactively.

According to Abhishek Kiran Gupta, the Associate Director at JLLM, the Indian commercial property market is on the brink of achieving stability, driven by the positive economic trends observed in India.
