Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL), the real estate arm of Arvind Ltd, signed the residential plotted development project on February 17, 2025, acquiring the 150-acre site on an outright basis on Sanand-Nalsarovar Road near Ahmedabad. The project has an estimated investment of ₹600 crore and is approximately 15 km from Sanand and 30 km from Nalsarovar Bird Sanctuary. Managing Director and CEO Kamal Singal said the acquisition brings ASL’s year-to-date project additions to ₹4,450 crore, its biggest-ever business development year. The company cited infrastructure development and the industrial ecosystem as drivers of growth for horizontal real estate in the Ahmedabad region.
