Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Limited completed a trial run at its newly built facility at Block No. 176, Trimul Estate, Khatraj, Gandhinagar. Commercial production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) is expected within one to two years, depending on additional product permissions from the Food and Drugs Control Administration (FDCA).

The company, established in 1979, has a manufacturing facility at Khatraj producing non-beta-lactam tablets, capsules, ointments and creams, dry-powder suspensions, sterile ophthalmic ointments, SVP injectables, oral liquids, dry-powder injections, and eye and ear drops. Its laboratory has ISO 9001:2015 certification. Lincoln also plans to expand capabilities in the US and UK markets.
