400 bungalows built on site, Magic Hill Phase 1. Half hours drive from Panvel and 45 minutes from Navi Mumbai.

Garnet Magic Hills is an outstanding project. Just 35 minutes from Navi Mumbai and 90 minutes from Mumbai, you are so close to nature and yet not disconnected form the city. Bungalows are extremely spacious with absolutely zero noise/sound/air pollution.The area is fast developing and is closer to some big industries and Adlabs Imagica. Earlier we though it would be just a retirement home/weekend home but basic goods or amenities are nearby and easy connectivity to Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai makes it for regular possession. Not to forget,Huge growth for future potential due to upcoming airport,metro and trans harbor link.
