Nice stretch of road that connects Vadodara and Dabhoi. It's very close to National Highway 48. A lot of new projects are coming up here. Interestingly, when realty market has been experiencing a phase of slowdown, Dabhoi Road is witnessing a brisk business activity. You would notice many projects stuck midway in rest of Vadodara but that's not the case with Dabhoi Road market. Take for example, Shubh Residency. The builder has already completed and delivered (sold out) phase 1 of the project and phase 2 work is going on in full steam.
Two reasons explain such optimistic environment on Dabhoi Road.
1. The development companies here do not have a scarcity of land as is the case with other, more crowded markets. They are therefore able to offer bungalows, row houses and tenements with private garden areas at the cost of a flat.
2. Being connected to highway presents as another advantage.
3. Recently, Government of Gujarat constructed a wide , 60 ft road transforming the old Dabhoi Road to meet global standards in transportation infrastructure.
