Tiruppur Corporation has instructed owners and users of residential, industrial and commercial establishments to rectify discrepancies in property tax assessment by filling and submitting property tax assessment Forms 1/2/3 with correct assessment. Discrepancies and deficiencies found during field inspection will lead to legal action and fines under Tamil Nadu Urban Local Governments Act 1998 and Rules 2023. Taxes paid promptly will be used for development works. Tax collection points: Tiruppur Corporation office and Chettipalayam, Thottipalayam, Nerupperichal, Mannarai, Kumaran Commercial Complex, Muthanampalayam, Veerapandi, Murugampalayam and Pandian Nagar, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Payment via website tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in or mobile apps G-Pay, Phone Pay, Paytm.
