  5. Specify your district, Thana, local body, and local body name.
  6. Input the plot number and the Khaitan code (used to identify the property owner).
  7. Provide details about the property, including its type, intended use, and total land area. Then, click the “Display Market Value” button.
  8. The system will process the given data and display the calculated market value of your land.

Calculating the Market Value of Structured Land:

  1. From the portal's homepage, select the “Market Value of Land with Structure” tab.
  2. The subsequent screen will display the interface for land with a structure.
  3. Enter the required information within the form.
  4. Specify your district, Thana, local governing body, and its name.
  5. The plot number and Khaitan code will again be required to ascertain property ownership.
  6. Provide specifics concerning your property, such as its type, designated use, and land area. Click “Proceed for structure entry.”
  7. On the resulting structure entry page, complete the requested information, and then click “Click on Market Value of Land with Structure.”

  2. The next screen will present the interface for apartment valuation calculation.
  3. Diligently input all the mandatory details as prompted.
  4. Specify your district, Thana, local body, and local body name as before.
  5. Enter the plot number and Khaitan number to retrieve and verify property ownership information.
  6. Now, furnish information related to your apartment, including the type of apartment, its use, and the floor location. Click on the “Display Market Value” button.
