The Indian cricketing legend, Sachin Tendulkar, resides in a palatial Bandra home in Mumbai, valued at an estimated Rs. 80 Cr based on current market assessments. The move to this elegant house occurred two years prior, coinciding with the Navratri festival.

Before acquiring this present home, Sachin resided in the Lemar apartment secured under a sports quota. Sachin vacated the apartment to allow other deserving athletes the opportunity to reside there.
The new palatial mansion belonging to Sachin Tendulkar is strategically positioned on Perry Cross Road in West Bandra. Initially purchased for Rs. 39 Cr, it underwent subsequent renovations.

Although the mansion encompasses five stories, external observers predominantly see three floors, primarily due to one and a half floors being subterranean, thus imparting a three-storied visual impression.

The kitchen, servant quarters, and central surveillance room are situated on the first basement level. Complementing the two basement levels, the mansion has three more floors where Sachin Tendulkar will live along with his wife, children, and extended family members.
A Lord Ganesha temple, a large drawing room, and a spacious formal dining room are situated on the main floor. Furthermore, a designated room has been set aside to showcase the Little Master's vast collection of medals and trophies.
Sachin’s son, Arjun, and daughter, Sara, are accommodated on the first floor. On this level, each one has a private room. Sachin Tendulkar and his spouse, Anjali, occupy the top floor.
