Fortis Hospitals signed a definitive healthcare services agreement with SLJ Society to operate a 400-plus bed super specialty hospital at Ashok Vihar, Delhi. The hospital is located on 3.1 acres and expected to commence operations in 3-4 years, subject to necessary approvals. The agreement executed by Fortis Hospotel Limited (FHTL), a Fortis subsidiary, provides long-term exclusive rights to deliver inpatient healthcare services and clinical manpower. The HSA has a committed term of 29 years with option to extend on mutually agreed terms. SLJ Society will own and develop the land, building, and associated infrastructure. FHTL will provide phased loans over 3-4 years based on construction progress. The hospital will provide tertiary and quaternary healthcare services in Oncology, Neurosciences, Cardiac Sciences, Gastroenterology, Orthopaedics, Renal Sciences, multi-specialty robotic surgeries and Transplants. This brings Fortis' serviceable bed count to over 3,500 beds across Delhi-NCR.

• SLJ Society owns and develops land, building, and associated civil and medical infrastructure
