Residents walk, ride bikes and drive under the lines, which they say run just above their heads. Bigger vehicles struggle to pass beneath the tower, and residents fear water could carry electric current during the rainy season. They have asked the government and electricity department to inspect the site and shift the tower and line. Electricity company officials said they are trying to relocate it, but despite several discussions, no action has been taken.
