It's strategic location in an upcoming area where several residential projects are planned and some are already ready for delivery gives it an advantage. Proximity to Manesar allows this project to benefit from the scarcity of a good shopping destination in the area. Manesar is already well inhabited and the new sectors of Gurgaon are in the process of inhabitation and will have good occupancy by the time Spaze Arrow is delivered. This project will give handsome returns in terms of capital appreciation.

Vatika City is a fully integrated self sustaining township. Vatika City Market is an excellent market in which the ground floor and first floor have low maintenance retails shops (high street type) and the 8 floors above are residential apartments. With thousands of apartments within the township and several other residential townships in very close vicinity, the market is very strategically located on the intersection of Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road.

Review of Spaze I Tech Park Gurgaon

Spaze I-Tech Park, strategically located on Sohna Road, Gurgaon, is a state of the art, centrally air-conditioned office complex which within a short span of about a year and half since delivery has an occupancy of over 60% and houses big names such as Capgemini, Aircel, Shoppers Stop, Huawei etc.
It provides an excellent environment for working. It is well maintained.
