Almost 9 International , CBSC and ICSE board school send their buses to The Empyrean which is a 230 Acres, 2500+ Villa Community Proposed. Half the Villas are sold already and more than 100 families stay.
This area is on a National Highway so this road has to become a 4 By 4 Lane High Sooner or Later.
Te Empyrean is coming Up with a 65000 SQFT PUBLIC CLUB HOUSE which is not there in Whitefield or Sarjapura.
Indus Golf Resort is 200 Acres, 18 Hole Golf Course Resort which will make this area a prime area in 3 to 5 years time.
If you are looking to Invest, this is half way between Sarjapura and Whitefield connected by a National Highway.
