Sector-70 is an awesome upcoming sector with lot of new markets and highway coming up. Lot of new malls. Haldiram very near on NH 8. Metro up-link connectivity joining Delhi and Noida. Good rental, though very less as of now. Golden opportunity for people finding cheap rental accommodation.
