On the other hand besides the Sunderpada jatni road the Xavier University Birla Global school Orissa Engineering College Arya College of business management Indus Engineering College & many more institutions are there already. The road is under reconstruction for widening to make it four lane one wsy road. That road got all facilities like petrol pump ATMs banks markets etc , so absolutely one important & growing place.Pros

It is near to Educational Institute available nearby area - DAV Public School , Kendriya Vidyalaya, Xaviers University, Aryan College of Engineering and Odisha Engineering College. Sundarpada is a good locality, situated towards the south east part of the city is the upcoming locality of Bhubaneswar with lots of residential projects dotting the locality. The proposed ring road that will connect Dhauli to Sijua (AIIMS) will be the game changer along with the widening of Sundarpada-Jatni road to 200 feet. The locality is well connected to the airport, railway station and bus stand making this a very well connected locality and proximity to schools and colleges makes it an ideal location for selecting a house to live.
