Migsun Group has unveiled plans for a new mixed-use development in Lucknow, entailing a substantial investment of ₹426 crore. The project, located on Shaheed Path, will encompass studio apartments and retail spaces, catering to both investors and end-users. The company proudly confirmed that the project has received the necessary approvals from RERA.
Project Details and Investment
Migsun Group acquired the approximately 20,239 square meter site from Mendanta. The ₹426 crore investment covers the land acquisition cost and the subsequent construction. The project will be developed in phases over a span of 36 months, with funding derived from internal accruals and customer advances. The targeted delivery date for the first phase, consisting of roughly 500 units, is set for 2027.

The project boasts an array of amenities, including high-street retail options, a designated food court, and business suites. Each unit has a starting price point of approximately ₹49 lakh, designed to attract a diverse clientele.
