Vadavalli is one of the finest residential locality in Coimbatore, close to the Western Ghats. It has grown leaps and bounds in the Realty space, with many individual houses, Villas, Gated Community living, Apartments and residential layouts emerging at a rapid pace. Reputed builders have come with excellent projects with excellent amenities to suit many. The prices have been moving up steadily, but still within the limits of a common man. The roads are clean, and the commuting time to the city is still well within reach. It's an area you can still look upon investing in an asset. The locality is scenic and serene, with a lot of greenery, and water facility is good. The area up to Thondamuthur is green and this is an area many should look upon investing in a property.
