M/s Ace Constructions is a partnership firm incorporated and regd under AP Partnership (Registration of firms) Rules, 1951 vide registration number 2220 dated 31.07.2003. The regd office of the company is situated at 8-3-231/W/47, Road No. 2, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad-500 045, with an object to construct and develop residential buildings, gated communities and commercial complexes. The current office is at No C-55, Road No.1, Filmnagar, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad-500 045.
The first project completed by Ace Constructions was “Ace Monte Carlo” at Kondapur, Hyderabad with a total built up area of 80,000 square feet consisting of 40 high end residential apartments.

Now, the firm has taken up the development of another residential complex “Ace Atlantis” consisting of 152 residential flats and 13 Sky Villas totally admeasuring 4,22,000 sft (3,17,000 sft plus 1,05,000 sft of parking) at Khajaguda, facing 120 feet road which connects Old Bombay Highway and express way /ORR , Hyderabad.
