Right Now Property rate in Faridabad is under control. But after 2 years rate will grow very speedy due to mono rail and metro projects.

Sohna Road connects NH-2 to NH-8. It is a fast and convenient route if you wish to go to Gurgaon, Sohna, Kothputli, Jaipur and Rajasthan.
