VJ Group has started building independent houses since 2016 and have developed more than 100 houses and people have been living for last 2 years. The first Colony which was developed was Delight Homes Jankipuram, and now the company has been engaged in developing 4 projects in four different locations first at Kursi Road opposite to Sports college, second at Faizabad road behind Saraswati Dental College, third at Mohanlal ganj beside Surya College and fourth in Sutapa Road near BAKSHI KA TALAB.
